I recently returned from a successful hunt with JR Dienst in Western Kansas.I had the option of taking a Mule Deer or Whitetail with my Muzzloader tag.On the second day, after an exciting stalk, we managed to down a great 222" SCI Mulie. I was concerned about getting close enough in the wide open country but should not have worried. JR'S spot and stalk techniques are perfect for the type terrain we hunted. The quality of the game, the accommodations, food, and company were excellent. I plan on returning in 2009 if at all possible.

I had the pleasure of hunting in Southwest Kansas with JR Dienst this past October. Looking back now, I was in the best hands possible for my first deer hunt. We had an amazingly successful hunt! I was in awe at first, as the mule deer that JR put me on was out of this world! We spot and stalked with a 70 yd muzzleloader shot. I had such a blast and the adrenaline rush was better than jumping out of an airplane!

Thanks to Sherri and JR for an amazing hunt, and for showing me how to follow in the steps of skilled hunting procedures. The company and accomodations are unparalleled and thanks for introducing me to deer hunting with such a bang.

I'm done skydiving...my new passion is deer hunting. I can't wait to see you guys again.
